2. What do you charge for shipping?

Cards are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.

USA & CANADA

First card $2.95 for standard shipping to USA and Canada

(5-10 business days - no tracking included)

International

First card $5.95 for standard shipping to International (Outside USA and Canada)

(10-15 business days - no tracking included)

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Majority of orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Once prepared, your item will be dispatched.

International: 10-15 business days (2-3 week)

All times are postal estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of the product no returns of exchanges will be accepted.

5. I bought a greeting card and it still hasn't arrived. Where is it?

We ship via standard letter mail for single card orders.
